By default the WPCasa property search form applies the selected value for bedrooms as a minimum criteria. That means that all listings will be returned that at least have the selected number of bedrooms. When you select 2, all listings with 2, 3 and more bedrooms will be returned.
If you want WPCasa only to return the exact number of bedrooms, please use the following filter.
