By default the offer choice is set to “For Sale” in the listing price metabox in the listing editor. To change this you can use the following snippet. In case you’ve added a custom offer with this snippet here, you need to make sure to use the key instead of the value (Key mostly doesn’t have any spaces or special characters and gets saved in the Database – like ‘sale’ or ‘rent’. While the value is the “pretty” part which gets actually displayed on the website like ‘For Sale’ or ‘For Rent’).
